Role Overview

Local Line is looking for a growth-minded Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team! This person will be responsible for planning and executing inbound marketing strategies that will generate new leads and nurture existing prospects along their customer journey.

Over the past year our lead volume has increased by more than 300%. We’re growing quickly and preparing to execute on some innovative lead generation strategies in 2021. 


  • Generate leads using an inbound and outbound marketing strategy.
  • Measure results against monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
  • Track and nurture lead flow to optimize marketing campaigns.


  • 3–5 years’ experience in B2B demand generation.
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working as part of a high-performing team.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, track results and present recommendations.
  • Highly accountable; takes ownership and drives sense of urgency.
  • Has been responsible for a leads quota in a previous job.
