Where is Local Line available?
We currently operate in both Canada and the United States. We are always looking to grow, so if you'd like to be added to the international waitlist, please contact us to let us know!
Do you mark up my prices?
No we don't! You have complete control over your pricing for your all of your price lists and you get to keep 100% of the profits from any sale you make.
Does Local Line work with variable weighted products?
Yes! Set a base price for each product that can be later adjusted after purchase. Customers will place their orders, you will pack the actual products, and invoices will be sent to your customers when the final price has been determined.
Can I sell at multiple farmers' markets?
If you sell your products through farmers’ markets using Local Line, you can easily sell to two or more markets. You can connect a market to your existing catalog, or create a second catalog to be used exclusively with that market. This means you don’t need multiple accounts, you can have one account and sell at multiple markets.
I manage a CSA. Can I use Local Line?
Yes! If you have the Store Credits feature enabled in your Local Line account, your CSA customers can purchase credits in advance and pay with those credits upon checkout.
Do you offer or integrate with a POS solution?
You can accept in-person payments for Local Line orders using the Square Terminal device, turning your Local Line account into a POS system. Learn more here.
Can I accept SNAP/EBT as a method of payment?
You can configure payment options for your Local Line account and specify which methods of payment your business accepts. While the Local Line platform does not process SNAP payments through its platform, you can specify SNAP as a method of payment your store accepts offline or in person.
